This forum has been established to provide a warm friendly place where parents can turn for support and advice on family issues they are facing. We take this very serious at Unique Parenting and have decided on a few short guidelines to help keep a safe atmosphere.

1. Respect other members post; every topic of discussion is real for the family that is dealing with it every day. When giving advice or feedback keep a respectful tone and understanding position. We will not tolerate ANY disrespectful or Huh? comments. If a member violates this rule they will receive one warning via private message for the first offense and will be banned from the community on the second.

2. Please refrain from posting elicit or offensive content. If you are facing a unique challenge at home and you are unsure if the content is appropriate for this forum you can send us a private message at uniqueparenting@gmail.com. We can review the topic and will let you know within 24hrs if it is appropriate to post here. If for some reason we find it inappropriate to post we will offer suggestions on how to make it more appropriate for the forum. Please understand this procedure is for everyone's consideration that actively participates in the forum.

3. The use of appropriate language is closely monitored. Refrain from using any derogatory language in all your posts.
