My name is Cheryl and I'm a work-at-home mom to two great boys. Aidan is 8 and Eli is 6. They're both great kids--if I do say so myself! Our family lives in a small town in Massachusetts, where everyone knows and looks out for one another. I'm very active in school activities, including sitting on the board of the PTO.

Hello my name is Melissa. Michedolene is my best friend. We have known each other for 16 years. We have grown together and raised our children together. Mikki is a huge and important part of mine and my childrens' lives. I have an 11 year old daughter Miracle, and a 4 year old son Elijah. I am in the middle of a long, bitter divorce with Elijah's father. It took a very long time for me to get visitation with him. At the beginning of my divorce me ex would use the baby to get to me, to hurt me. he would deny me visitation and phone contact.

My name is Cindy, I've been married to Jon for nine years, and we have three beautiful (er, handsome) sons. Nicholas is 7 (8 in just a few months!), James is 4 1/2, and Robert is nine months.

I am so excited to see people chatting in the forum! I am a newer mom with lot's of advice being thrown my way. Honestly I am finding most of it overwhelming and a bit much. When I saw unique parenting I was interested! I am mostly a stay at home mom with the occasional need to get a job to help make ends meet. I am currently studying Bookkeeping with the goal to work from home as an independent contractor.

I'm Debra from Gainesville, Florida. I have a 10 month old baby boy and an amazing husband. I am originally from Puerto Rico but I have lived in Gainesville for over 15 years.

Before I had my son, I worked as a Kindergarten teacher. Now, I am a stay at home mom. I stay active through subbing, watching kids (occasionally), and doing freelance work. My family is part of the Rock of Gainesville (www.therockonline.org), where we are actively involved in the arts.

My name is Danielle Freeman. I am 16 years old and live at home with my 3 younger siblings. My biological father lives in Kansas. Supposedly, I have met him once in my life but unfortunately I can't recall that time in my life. For the past 3 years only, I have been talking to him on the phone but still have never gotten to visit him. I also have 3 older step brothers who are all out living on there own right now, leaving me the oldest at home.

I am a stay at home mom and currently home school my four youngest kids. They aren't so young anymore; my oldest Danielle is 16 and a senior in high school, Jessica 13 and 10th grade, my son Aaron is 10 and working on 4th - 5th grade and my youngest lady is 7 (and 1/2 she will add Grin) working on 3rd.
