Hello From Massachusetts!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Cheryl and I'm a work-at-home mom to two great boys. Aidan is 8 and Eli is 6. They're both great kids--if I do say so myself! Our family lives in a small town in Massachusetts, where everyone knows and looks out for one another. I'm very active in school activities, including sitting on the board of the PTO.

Since Aidan was born, I have worked at home, doing transcription and editing work. It's a challenge to balance working at home and raising a family, but the payoff is huge. I'm home when they need me, able to participate in school activities, and still contribute to the family income. I'm also an avid coupon-aholic and bargain shopper, so I can make whatever income we have go MUCH further than you would think!

I look forward to getting to know everyone here. We all have questions and concerns along thiis crazy journey called parenting and it helps to know that others are along for the ride! I'm hoping to share some of my experiences to maybe help someone else. And also to learn from all of you who have already "been there, done that"!
